Write for us
We welcome thoughtful contributions about training design and learning practice: clear explanations, carefully framed comparisons and fresh ways to think about how people build and use skills.
What to pitch
Propose one focused subject within learning design, practice, feedback, facilitation or transfer. A strong pitch names its central question, the reader it serves, the main idea it will develop and why the subject is worth a considered look.
What makes a good contribution
We value precise language, distinct examples, fair treatment of alternatives and claims that match their support. Keep the scope manageable, avoid recycled advice and explain where an idea may not fit. Do not send confidential information or material presented as a substitute for professional instruction.
How to send it
Send proposals through the Contact page, choosing the editorial option and including a short outline. A pitch is a proposal, not a guarantee of publication; we may ask for clarification before considering a full draft.
